Who creates my protocol?
A licensed Registered Dietitian with expertise in functional medicine reviews your intake and writes your protocol. RDNs hold at minimum a master's degree, have completed supervised clinical training, and are licensed healthcare professionals.
Do I need to get blood work or labs first?
No. Our RDNs work entirely from your health intake: your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, concerns, and diet. No bloodwork required. If you've recently had lab work done and you'd like your RDN to include it in their root cause analysis you will have the option to include it with your intake form.
What if I have questions after I receive my protocol?
We want you to feel fully confident in implementing your protocol, which is why you have unlimited customer service. Message your dietician via your secure client dashboard with any questions about your protocol. They're here to help!
How is my personal health information protected?
Your health data is stored in a HIPAA-compliant platform and is never shared with third parties. Your private dashboard is encrypted and accessible only to you and the RDN assigned to your case.
What happens after I receive my protocol?
