No. Our RDNs work entirely from your health intake: your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, concerns, and diet. No bloodwork required. If you've recently had lab work done and you'd like your RDN to include it in their root cause analysis you will have the option to include it with your intake form.
Everyone's timeline is different, and it is dependant on a variety of factors including current health status, however, most clients notice improvements within 2-3 weeks of following their protocol consistently. Consistency is key! The longer you're consistent the more the results will compound and the bigger difference you will see.
